There were only 600 Lamborghini Aventador SV units made in total, but the owner of this example felt that it would not be worse for a little tuning – or, rather, all of it and then some.
Normally, few would demand anything extra from a high-end supercar packing a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 tuned to around 750 hp in stock form. Furthermore, introducing forced induction in an engine like this may be dangerous and end up ruining the car, to say nothing of the sudden breakdown risks.
Nonetheless, as we understand it, this particular coupe was successfully made street-legal after it was dialed up to 1,250 hp with some assistance from a pair of high-end turbos. The author of the project went uncredited, sadly.
Another impressive thing is that the performance quoted above was demonstrated on an actual dyno stand, meaning that the engine itself probably churns out at least 1,500 hp at the crank.
On the exterior side of things, the Italian track weapon stays tastefully stock except for a set of Strasse wheels. It is the CL5R Ultralight Carbon model installed in 20x9.5-inch size at the front end and 21x12.5-inch at the rear. The centerlock mechanism comes straight from Lamborghini and suggests that the owner isn’t against the idea of taking their insane Aventador through its paces on the racetrack.
