“No power is enough power!” the owner of this fine Gallardo must have thought when handing it over to the tuners for a makeover. Unlike many similar cases, this particular tuning went exceptionally well.
The video by AutoTopNl shows the Italian supercoupe launching at what appears to be a leisurely pace, barely hitting 100 km/h (62 mph) in 5.25 seconds. Things really pick up the pace afterwards, though, with 200 km/h (124 mph) reached in another 3.13 seconds and 300 km/h (186 mph) breached 3.7s after that. As if the above weren’t enough. the car goes in a pretty stable fashion at 359 km/h (223 mph) and even hits 363 km/h (225.6 mph) a couple of times. Insanity!
No in-depth technical details are provided in the video, but the outtake should be clear enough: never judge a sports car by how fast it is to its first hundred.
