Those of us lucky enough to be able to afford a Bugatti Chiron Super Sport may specify it in a Blue Royal Carbon body kit and finish, adding a $222,500 option to the $3,825,000 car.
Motor1 points out that the kit – which consists of deep blue carbon fiber parts – exceeds the starting price of the Lamborghini Huracan Evo, which you can get for $208,000 in the USA.
This is not to say to say the other extras are less impressively priced. The panoramic roof is a $62,000 option, a black interior trim will set you back another $56,000, blackened exhaust tips add another $15,000, and black Bugatti hubcaps $1,250.
The Bugatti Chiron Super Sport debuted last June (see video). It features an aerodynamic body with the front end 25 cm (9.8 inches) longer than that of the standard Chiron. A W16 under the hood drives the wheels through a seven-range DCT with 1,600 PS (1,578 hp / 1,177 kW), enabling a sprint from zero to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 5.8 seconds. The top speed lies at 440 km/h (273.4 mph).
