Shed a tear to supercars that died in Seoul flood

Typhoon Hinnamnor that hit South Korea not long ago laid devastation to the country and claimed multiple lives. With it finally gone, someone explored an underground parking in the capital city of Seoul to discover a number of waterlogged supercars.

The images show a Bentley Bentayga, Lamborghini Aventador and Huracan, Mercedes-Benz S-Class and AMG GT, McLaren 570S, and Porsche 911. Rounding off the list of victims is a Jeep Wrangler that looks like it got away with the least damage and could, in theory, be recoverable.

The abundance of caked mud on the bodies of the cars prompts the assumption that they were completely submerged at some point, meaning that their interiors were most likely destroyed alongside their drivetrains and bodywork. How many were insured and how many could be salvaged for parts remains unknown.
