Official: Part-electric Lamborghini Huracan successor due out next year

Lamborghini plans to phase out the current Huracan model (see below) with a new hybrid supercar in 2024, Road&Track reports quoting the CEO of the Italian marque.

It remains open what kind of powertrain the car will end up with, but a convincing theory is that it will continue using its traditional 5.2-liter V10 with some eco-friendly updates. On the other hand, it might land with the turbocharged V8 of the Lamborghini Urus.

Speaking of the Urus, the luxury SUV is also officially underway to partial electrification. Rumors insist that this version will be capable of 820 PS (809 hp / 603 kW) when it debuts.
