Car Tuning
There are fewer than 800 examples of the gorgeous Lamborghini Miura in the world, and the better-preserved examples change hands for close to $2 million these days. However, in its latest over-the-top tuning project, Liberty Walk decided to leave these nice cars alone and instead source a battered Miura for restoration.
The company aspires to show us the result as soon as the Tokyo Auto Salon on January 10, 2025. It means it will have its hands full restoring the Italian classic in the remaining six weeks. As you can see in the gallery below, the car is all rusted through and dirty, meaning it is going to need all-new bodywork.
This is exactly what Liberty Walk intends to give it, alongside a mandatory body kit and other controversial upgrades. The tuner is working together with a number of aftermarket companies including Armytrix, the vendor of some of this world’s loudest exhaust systems.
Other details are scarce at the moment. We suggest checking out the video here for a closer look at the donor car so that you may be amazed when it arrives at the Tokyo show in early January looking new.
