NATS made a Lambo Urus pickup out of this Toyota 86

Japanese tuner Nihon Automobile College (NATS) really caught us off-guard with its latest project. The car looks so great that it would be criminal to simply overlook it.

The team started with the current-generation Toyota 86 sports car and made it resemble the Lamborghini Urus – albeit with a pickup truck body. Have you ever seen anything like that!?

The car goes by the name ‘NATS Urus 86’ and is actually street-legal.

Apart from the spacious truck bed and the Lambo-styled front fascia, the Japanese vehicle gained custom side skirts and 20-inch Fuel Offroad rims wrapped in Nitto Terragrappler tires.

The hood cover opens to reveal a modified Toyota 86 engine capable of 270 hp (200 kW) and 304 Nm (224 lbft) of torque. Of course, this is leagues behind the twin-turbo V8 Urus engine that makes around 650 hp (485 kW).

The NATS Urus 86 will be available for everyone to see at the Tokyo Auto Salon on January 11 – 13, 2019.
