The first model of the new Lamborghini Urus SUV has been shown to a wide audience in a posh ceremony held at Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy. Looks like the renowned manufacturer envisions truly grand future for its latest creation.
The car comes with a four-liter twin-turbo V8 easily capable of 650 horsepower with 850 Nm torque. Driven by this monster engine, the new Urus SUV accelerates 0-100 km/h (0-60 mph) in just 3.6 seconds. Furthermore, the car peaks out at dizzying 305 km/h (190 mph), demonstrating the world’s best performance in the SUV category.
The driver can freely select from multiple drive modes which adjust suspension and other factors in real time depending on road/terrain conditions. The new Lamborghini Urus is built on the MLB Evo platform and has an aluminum body.
The newcomer has quite a few high-end features in stock, with some of the highlights being the Bang & Olufsen sound system, a 360-degree-view system, and a front collision prevention system, among many others.
