Heritage Customs will be building only five open-top Defenders, with the first one set to come out next year.
If you happen to be familiar with the Valiance SUV by the same tuning firm, you will be interested to know that the new project goes by the name ‘Valiance Convertible’. As such, it can be expected to have a similar range of exterior and cabin improvements.
Customers will be able to choose from three color schemes including Côte d’Azur (azure with a brown roof), Solihull Sand (light green with a beige top), and Kokkini Paralia (matte dark red plus black top). Two out of the three come with contrasting 22-inch wheels finished in white (the rims are white on one picture and the tire walls on another). Since there are no real photos of the proposed design at this time, we hope it looks better in real life than in does on the sketches.
The tuner says nothing about the drivetrain, which implies that any Defender should do. The current top spec has a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 with 525 PS (518 hp / 386 kW) and 625 Nm (461 lb-ft) of torque.
Prices in Europe will start from €138,500.
