The longest Land Rover Defender gets caught on camera

The first time we saw the next-gen Land Rover Defender 130 testing on public roads was in August 2021, and here it comes again. The black and white camo is still present, but looks like it conceals production-ready bodywork.

Thanks to this particular SUV missing a spare wheel on the tailgate, you can have a closer look at the rear end. It appears identical to that of the 110 model, including even taillight patterns and reflector positions in the bumper. The same applies to the muffler and two exhaust tips, although these may still change before production.

The biggest mystery is how Land Rover is going to ensure sufficient legroom for all three rows of passengers while leaving the wheelbase length unchanged. As for the launch, it seems unlikely to debut before the end of 2022.
