Check out a Defender restomod wearing a Porsche paintjob

Famous Land Rover specialist E.C.D. Automotive Design has produced another impeccable Defender 110 convertible restomod, drawing inspiration from Ferrari and Porsche this time around.

The exterior was fully restored and finished in a pale blue shade known as Porsche Frozen Blue. The bull bar, the front grille and theĀ  roll cage were left in bare metal for contrast, and the top was implemented in white.

Plenty of bright white can be found in the cabin as well, where it is the dominant trim color. It looks like those 18-inch off-road rims wrapped in 33-inch BF Goodrich tires are there just for show, because few people appreciate an all-white interior in an off-road vehicle. In addition to the two main seats at the front, there are two paratrooper benches in the back for another four passengers. Modern stuff on board includes a Kenwood eXcelon multimedia system, USB ports, wireless chargers and a couple of video cameras.

Power originates from a 6.2-liter LT4 V8 driving all four wheels through an 8-speed A/T. The company does not reveal the specifics, but this engine is normally capable of 650 PS (640 hp / 477 kW) in its crate form.

It is unknown how much this Defender 110 Project Hutton cost to make, either.
