The stretched Land Rover Defender 130 is now available with a V8 under the hood and as a premium five-seater named Outbound.
The standard eight-seater can now be obtained with a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 rated at 500 PS (493 hp / 368 kW) and 610 Nm (450 lb-ft) of torque. It reaches 100 km/h (62 mph) in a breezy 5.7 seconds.
As for the Defender 130 Outbound, it is available exclusively as a five-seater with at least 1,329 liters (47 cubic feet) of trunk space. The buyers can choose from four available exterior finishes.
The interior is mostly dark and combines leather with wear-resistant fabric. The trunk area has tie-down rings and a mesh for securing the luggage.
For the engine, you can choose between two Ingenium six-cylinder engines: petrol and diesel. Both receive assistance from a 48V starter-generator and work in tandem with an 8-speed A/T and AWD. There is a drive mode selector provided, and the suspension combines active shock absorbers with air cushions for springs.
The minimum price is £81,285.
