Land Rover has announced a presentation of a new Evoque model planned for October 2018. The event will take place at the International Car Show in Paris, France; market release is scheduled for 2019. The car is currently going through a series of ride tests.
Considered from the outside perspective, the new Land Rover Evoque is a fusion of certain features of Velar, Range Rover, and Range Rover Sport. The vehicle, which received a provisional model index of L551, will be available in both front-driven and 4WD variants.
The new car will continue to make use of the same engine series currently installed onto Land Rover Evoque. A hybrid-powered model will also be available.
It should be mentioned that the renowned British car manufacturer plans to release environment-friendly versions of their entire range of products starting in 2020. These will receive either hybrid or electric motors.
