Iconic Auctioneers will be selling a 2004 Land Rover Range Rover next month that reportedly once belonged to Her Royal Majesty Elizabeth II. Perhaps due to its poor condition, the price estimates are between £50,000 and £60,000 – half the price of a new Range Rover (see video).
Iconic Auctioneers points out that the vehicle only underwent minor modifications when it was purchased by the royal family. It received additional headlights concealed behind the radiator grille, as well as handrails on the b-pillars and a metallic mesh separating the passenger space from the trunk area. It has the steering wheel on the right.
The odometer reads 176,500 km, which is only slightly below 110,000 miles.
