Would you hand over £40k for a Range Rover stretch limo?

This 1994 Range Rover with a stretched body and revised interior once belonged to the Sultan of Brunei, who later presented it to his younger brother, Prince Jeoffrey. Famous boxer Mike Tyson rode around in it in June 2000. Despite its celebrity-rich background, the car is now heading to an auction in UK estimated at £30,000–40,000 (U.S. $36,800–49,100).

It took nine months for Townley Cross Country to complete this build. An inserted body section in the middle added around a meter (3.3 feet) of length to the cabin, while the roof was raised by 200 mm (7.8 inches).

Despite the abundance of space inside, there are only three seats in the passenger compartment – two for the royal family V.I.P.s and one for an attendee. Multimedia hardware on board includes multiple TVs, a VHC player, a CD player, and some headphones. Red leather and wood are used in the trim all around, and there is a partition wall separating the driver’s cockpit from the rest of the car.

Mike Tyson rode in this Range Rover during a visit to Glasgow for his fight against Lou Savarese 23 years ago. The listing doesn’t clarify who was the owner of the car at that time. All we know is that the current owner and seller bought it in 2020. The mileage is a touch above 27,000 km (16,777 miles).
