A recent batch of spy shots reveals the new Range Rover Sport SVR with less camo than before and in higher detail, too.
There is no SVR badge in sight, but a quartet of square tailpipes is a dead giveaway. Elsewhere, the crossover SUV sports revised headlights, taillights and bumpers at both ends.
Rumor has it that the top spec will inherit the 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 of the BMW X5 M. The latter squeezes 615 PS (607 hp / 452 kW) out of its engine, and we would expect the Range Rover to get only slightly less out of it.
Land Rover promises us an exciting reveal, which probably means we will be learning about a new track record set by the next-gen Range Rover Sport SVR. We willk now for sure when it debuts on May 10, 2022.
