Startech to exhibit a modded Range Rover Velar at Geneva

The German car tuning studio Startech comes to the Geneva International Motor Show with a custom version of the Range Rover Velar SUV. The noble British off-roader has undergone a major visual overhaul but retained its original engine.

According to a representative of the studio, the design team gave the Range Rover Velar a swanky new 14-piece body kit with improved aerodynamics. The kit alone costs €4,480, excluding taxes. There is also an optional 22” matte black wheel set.

Among other things, Startech propose their proprietary Sound XTRA chip to give the Range Rover Velar a new voice. This option comes bundled with new exhaust pipes also designed by the studio.

The pimped-out Range Rover Velar by Startech also takes advantage of revised suspension with 33 mm (1.3 in) reduced road clearance. Its interior makes use of expensive leather and Alcantara, as well as some decorative parts made of carbon and precious woods.
