The Japanese luxury automaker will introduce its first vehicle to take advantage of a new all-wheel-drive system named the Direct4 on Tuesday, March 30.
The model name is being kept secret so far, but the company says that the car has e-TNGA underpinnings. It comes with some added ride height, a spoiler, an illuminated name on the trunk lid, slim headlights, and a roof divided in two sections.
The powertrain consists of two electric motors mounted one per axle. An intelligent assist feature continuously manages torque distribution and braking on a per-wheel basis.
