Japanese luxury automaker Lexus has unveiled a design study called the LF-Z Electrified, giving us an idea of what the marque’s future EVs will be like.
The crossover SUV utilizes four motorized wheels jointly rated at 544 PS (536 hp / 400 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. The torque can be freely adjusted on a per-wheel basis, sprinting to 100 km/h (62 mph) takes about three seconds, and the range amounts to 600 kilometers (373 miles) on a single charge.
The interior follows a design philosophy called Tazuna, which concentrates all the primary controls on and around the sports steering wheel. A heads-up display shows all the relevant information in real time.
