Dedicated Toyota tuner Modellista has shared photos of the first body kit coming up for the new Lexus LX. The package seems purely aesthetic (no engine or drivetrain mods are mentioned) and is already available to order in authorized dealerships around Japan.
A front bumper overlay lends the SUV a more brutal appearance, while side rear extensions resemble wings a bit. There are also new stainless-steel running boards with black inserts and 22-inch forged aluminum wheels executed in a new design.
Toyota showed its own vision of an accessorized Lexus LX a few days ago, which will debut at the Tokyo Auto Salon. Co-developed with Jaos, the styling kit included a number of exterior trim pieces and new wheels. It remains open whether it will go on sale or remain a one-off show job.
