Lexus Australia will be refreshing its sporty RC range on the domestic market, but neither the appearance nor the engine range will be affected. The equipment will be the only aspect where improvements will take place.
For one thing, owners of the Australia-spec coupe will burn less fuel driving it in urban areas thanks to revisions made in the transmission software. The Driver’s Mode will also enable maintaining high engine RPM counts for longer than before.
Also on the list are an enhanced electronic parking brake, a more efficient sway stabilization system, and a few additions like a reversing camera and adaptive cruise control.
Prices for the redone Lexus RC will begin from $67,990 AUD when it starts shipping.
