Ten years have passed since the first Lexus F vehicle rolled off the lines. To commemorate that date, the luxury car manufacturer will be releasing a limited hi-end series titled the RC F.
Each Lexus RC F is painted in shades of matte-grey, something we have never seen on Lexus cars before. The top, the rear wing and the hood cover are all made of glossy carbon, as are the rear diffusor and the side skirts. Stylish black 19” wheels concealing light-blue brake supports with the letter “F” printed on them look like a cherry on top of the birthday cake which is the anniversary edition.
The interior of the Lexus RC F is decorated with numerous carbon elements and inlets. The driver’s armrest has an in-built metallic plaque which testifies the car’s belonging to a limited series. The finishing is mostly light blue and grey, with light-blue seat upholstery, wheel, and gear shifter. High-quality leather and Alcantara are used throughout.
The engine compartment holds a 5.0-liter naturally-aspirated V8 engine good for 477 hp (356 kW), partnered with an automatic transmission. The coupe accelerates 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 4.4 seconds and tops out at 270 km/h (168 mph).
Only a small batch of 240 cars will be produced.
