Luxury car manufacturer Lexus has designed a special series of RX crossover vehicles to be released on the Australian market. The entire Crafted Limited Edition batch will comprise only 300 vehicles.
Unlike the regular-issue car, each CLE vehicle sports a set 20-inch light alloy wheels painted black and certain other exterior features to match these. An exclusive paintjob is available at an extra U.S. $1,500.
On the inside, there is an infotainment system with a giant touch-sensitive display, a set of Mark Levinson loudspeakers, two-zone climate control, and ventilated front seats.
By default, each Lexus RX Crafted Limited Edition comes equipped with the Lexus Safety System+ package encompassing such useful electronic features as the emergency brake, blind spot monitor, pedestrian detection system, and cruise control.
The series is based on the top-of-the-line specification known as Lexus Luxury and will be made available in three trim levels: RX 450h (U.S. $97,000 and above), RX 350 V6 ($88,500+), and RX 300 Turbo ($81,000+).
