Despite being seven seconds long, the footage highlights the elegant outlines of the sports car and its sharply curved wheel arch, not just a telltale Lotus visual trait, but also a bare necessity considering the sheer diameter of the wheels.
If you look closely, the entire side paneling appears curved, including even the door.
The Emira, formerly known as the Type 131, will be the marque’s last production car with a petrol engine. The future of the English brand is all-electric. We don’t know what it may ship with, but a 3.5-liter V6 or a 2.0-liter turbo four-pot look like the likeliest candidates.
