The Indian automaker will soon be unveiling two electric crossover concepts on the domestic market, both set to go on sale in a couple of years.
The Mahindra XEV 9e and BE 6e will become the first entries in the company’s planned EV lineup that it first mentioned a few years ago. Both will be running on a dedicated EV platform partially sourced from Volkswagen and powered by BYD battery cells. There will be battery pack options ranging from 60 to 79 kilowatt-hours, the company says.
More info should follow in the coming days or weeks.
