Mahindra to bring five EVs to the India Auto Expo

The leading Indian car manufacturer will be unveiling five new battery-powered vehicles in February. Let us have a closer look at them.

The most anticipated reveal is that of the second-gen XUV500. The more affordable XUV300, also depicted on the teaser image here, will also be present. By the way, the gasoline version of the XUV300 utilizes the same chassis as the SsangYong Tivoli.

The third entry is a mini-SUV called KUV100. A concept by the same name debuted a couple years ago, so we expect to see a production-ready version at the show.

The fourth vehicle is a quad bike called Atom, which is also reported as ready for mass production. As for the fifth entry, Mahindra chose to keep it under wraps for now. Local media in India claim it is a new sports car called Funster, which packs 313 hp (233 kW) under the hood.
