The Sciàdipersi GT is a Maserati convertible tuned by Touring Supperleggera

Italy-based tuner Touring Supperleggera has remodeled a Maserati GranCabrio into an open-top grand tourer it calls "Sciàdipersi". The vehicle will debut at the Geneva Motor Show.

According to the chief designer of the company, most striking feature if the build is its perfect body proportions. Unlike its convertible donor, the GT sports a K-tail and a pointed nose.

The interior of the car boasts chocolate cream-tinted leather trimming stitched with orange thread.

In creating the Sciàdipersi, the team drew inspiration from the old Maserati 5000GT that came equipped with the same 325-hp (242-kW) engine as the Maserati 450S racecar. Later versions of the 5000GT received a stronger engine rated at 340 hp (254 kW).

The Geneva show car, on the other hand, inherits its 4.7L V8 engine from the regular Maserati GranCabrio. Manufacturer-rated at 460 hp (343 kW), it likely accelerates 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in the same 4.9 seconds.
