Maserati reveals four hi-end cars at Auto China 2018

Italian luxury car maker Maserati has come to the Beijing motor show with as many as four major updates to its GranLusso/GranSport vehicle lineup. Each car has been reworked in terms of exterior and interior design and received a broader list of options.

One of these is a hi-end crossover/SUV Maserati Levante GranSport. With a sports-grade shield under the engine, bright red brake supports, giant 20-inch wheels and a glossy black radiator grille, it surely has that spirit of competition aura about it.

The same mood carries over into the passenger space as well. There is a multifunction steering wheel, a set of sporty-looking leather-clad seats, occasional carbon-fiber finishing and all the power options you could wish for. Oh, and the manufacturer has made the doors close silently.

Another entry is a luxury-laden Maserati Quattroporte GranLusso sedan. The vehicle rests on 20-inch Mercurio wheels with stylish jet-black brake supports and features an interior trimmed with wood and natural silk. There are also electronic sun visors and pedals.

Last but not least, there are GranSport/GranLusso modifications of the Maserati Ghibli sedan. The former will ship with a potent 3.0-liter, twin-turbo V6 engine capable of 430 hp (320 kW). The latter comes with an engine which is 350 hp (260 kW) strong.

Aftermarket options include wheel sets, carbon-fiber hood cover, different interior trimming and more lacquering choices.
