Maserati has revealed the first teaser image showing the upcoming hybrid version of its Ghibli sedan. The car should celebrate its premiere online on July 16, 2020.
This latest Maserati Ghibli spec will take advantage of a petrol/electric drivetrain chargeable from power mains. Its specific characteristics are being kept secret so far.
The standard Ghibli (see video) comes powered by a 3.0-liter V6 that produces 350 hp (261 kW), although you may opt for a stronger 430 hp (321 kW) version. There is also a diesel engine available in two forms 250 hp (186 kW) and 275 hp (205 kW). Both use the same eight-speed automatic transmission design and can be obtained in RWD and AWD versions.
The range-topping Ghibli makes its 0-100 km/h (0-60 mph) sprint in 4.7 seconds.
