Italian sports car maker Maserati has updated its Trofeo range to include the Ghibli and Quattroporte models, aside from the Levante SUV. All three come powered by the same 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 by Ferrari rated between 580-590 hp (433-440 kW) and 730 Nm (538 lb-ft) of torque.
The momentum reaches the wheels via an eight-speed ZF auto transmission. The Levante Trofeo remains the fastest of the bunch with only 4.1 seconds from standstill to 100 km/h (62 mph). The Ghibli Trofeo lags behind two-tenths of a second and the Quattroporte four-tenths. On the plus side, both sedans max out at 326 km/h (202 mph), while the Levante Trofeo stays capped at 302 km/h (187 mph).
Further notable features include 21-inch Orione wheels, stability control, “Racing” mode for the transmission, and launch control.
The base trim offers a digital dashboard, seats wrapped in Pieno Fiore leather, and an infotainment system with a 10.1-inch display (though the Levante gets to keep its older 8.4-inch screen).
