The Maserati Grecale has only barely debuted, but the company already has its Fuoriserie customization program running at full capacity. Meet the Grecale Mission from Mars, the first entry in a series of unique SUVs scheduled for production.
The vehicle comes finished in Galactic Orange, a bespoke textured shade meant to resemble the surface of Mars and its mineral dust. Further diversions from stock include custom wheels, a sparkling trident logo on a c-pillar, and seats trimmed with a material meant to evoke simultaneous associations with Martian electric discharges and spacesuits. Rounding things off with style is a sunroof with a map of the stars superimposed on it.
Maserati did not reveal how much the Grecale Mission from Mars cost its buyer. The crossover SUV itself is estimated at $63,500 in the United States right now before all options.
