Maserati unveils the Levante Volcano

As it stands, the Maserati Levante isn’t as popular among luxury SUV buyers as the Lamborghini Urus and some other similar models offered by the competition. In order to warm up public interest towards the model, the Italian manufacturer has announced a special series called the Levante Volcano.

Compared to the main series, the Volcano comes painted matte grey with tinted windows, dimmed rear lights, and a blacked-out radiator grille. It also sports 21-inch custom wheels with a matte finish and Brembo performance brakes with supports painted red.

Perforated red leather upholstery dominates the interior of the limited series by default, but you may go for another version with black leather and red contrast stitching if you happen to like it more. Regardless of your choice, there will be numerous carbon-fiber inserts and company logos decorating the entire space.

The Maserati Levante Vulcano SUV will ship with a choice between a 3.0L turbo V6 engine rated at 345 hp (258 kW) and 500 Nm (369 lbft) of torque and its enhanced version with 424 hp (316 kW) and 579 Nm (427 lbft) of torque. The series won’t be available with the hi-end V8 engine.
