Maserati gets ready for 2021 with 3 light refreshes

Maserati has given slight updates to its Ghibli and Quattroporte sedans and the Levante SUV heading into next year. Let’s look at the highlights.

Both four-door models received a new Android-based infotainment system with a higher-resolution 10.1-inch touchscreen and an updated interface. The dash cluster kept the classical/analog gauges, but landed with a seven-inch display and a different layout. For its part, the Levante kept its old infotainment tech, but received a higher-res 8.4-inch display with an updated GUI.

All three now boast redesigned headlight signatures and radiator grilles finished in Grand Piano Lacquer (GranSport trim only) or Chrome (Gran Lusso).

The trio will now ship with the latest Active Driving Assist package already in the base spec. Cruise control and lane control combine into an autopilot mode of sorts that can stay active until 145 km/h (90 miles per hour). A dedicated feature in the Maserati Connect app helps locate a stolen car.

Pre-orders are already running in the United States. In an earlier update, all three models premiered in the Trofeo edition (see video).
