Maserati MC20 spotted on a parking lot in production guise

While all Maserati MC20 supercars we had seen before were test mules wearing other cars’ bodies, the most recently discovered specimen has what looks like its final production bodywork.

The car is completely wrapped in anti-spy camo, but certain elements lend themselves to further study. There are large air vents at the rear end and in the fenders, and while the exhaust pipes look small-ish for a supercar, Maserati may easily enlarge them before production – and likely will, judging by the cutouts in the rear apron.

In an earlier news, Maserati announced that the MC20 would be getting an in-house-designed V6 rated at 630 hp (470 kW) and 730 Nm (538 lb-ft) of torque. It will celebrate its public debut on September 9-10, 2020.
