Maserati has announced a new trim package for its MC20 mid-engine sports car. Dubbed ‘Notte’, it replaces a number of exterior and interior trim pieces with black ones. Only 50 units like this will be made, with pre-orders already running.
The new design is inspired by ‘nocturnal mystique’ and ‘allure of darkness’, per the manufacturer. Andrea Bertolini, ex-GT1 world champion, took part in its creation.
Compared to the standard model (see video), the MC20 Notte sports a Nero Essenza exterior paint job with white-gold accents for contrast. The interior makes use of a black and grey Alcantara combo with carbon fiber inserts, and has a serial number plaque. Other than that, the car is a stock MC20.
