Maserati launches Classiche subdivision for restoring its legacy

The newly founded Maserati Classiche division will be inspecting classic Maserati cars produced decades ago for authenticity and issuing certificates if they pass the tests.

The first accredited example is a Mistral 3700 built in the distant year 1969. Engineers had to conduct over 300 various checks to ensure it was genuine, verifying serial numbers, markings and physical parameters of every detail against archived data.

Moving forward, Classiche will be offering its clients car restoration services. You can already request a minor maintenance for your elderly Maserati, while a complete overhaul should become available next year.
