It became known about one of the premieres, which will be held during the auto show in Tokyo. Japanese concern Mazda Motor Corporation will hold a presentation of its new development, which is equipped with a rotary engine. In the series, the car is planned to be launched in 2020.
As it became known to journalists, Mazda RX-Vision Concept will receive a new generation rotary engine with a capacity of 450 horsepower. Engineers assure that their offspring is free from the problems inherent in early versions of rotary engines, namely: fuel and oil overruns, as well as unsatisfactory torque at medium revs.
In addition, the media got information that Mazda Motor Corporation in 2019 will show the world its first electric car. So far the information about this development is extremely contradictory: according to one version, electric cars will be created "from scratch", on the other - the company uses the already available model for re-equipment.
