A wild-looking 2008 Mazda3 with just 6,000 km (3,730 miles) under its belt has cropped up online in the Philippines for an asking price of 438,000 Pesos.
The car’s only owner had it for 15 years and decided to refresh its exterior. He put on a custom front bumper apparently designed to imitate a smile or a scowl, added a relief to the doors and made the whole car resemble a weird predatory fish. The idea, per the owner, was to recreate something like the Furai Concept (in the video here), but as you can see for yourself, the result is a far cry from perfect.
The stock 1.6-liter engine and automatic transmission haven’t been tuned at all. While the body is vivid orange, the interior is black and stock, too.
