The facelifted Mazda CX-3 crossover series has gone on sale a few weeks after its debut at the 2018 New York International Auto Show. As per the tradition, Mazda chose the Japanese market for the initial release.
This is the second facelift the vehicle gets over the past year and a half. Its main highlight comes in the form of an expanded engine lineup.
More specifically, the vehicle may now be obtained with an all-new 1.8-liter SkyActiv-D diesel engine manufacturer-rated at 115 hp (85 kW) and 270 Nm (200 lb·ft) of torque. You may still get it with the old two-liter gasoline engine good for 150 hp (112 kW) if you would rather prefer that one.
On the outside, the facelift version of Mazda CX-3 sports a fresh body kit, a new set of 18” wheels and chromed body details here and there.
The Japanese vehicle is actually quite popular in Europe as well as on its domestic market.
