Design-wise, the car looks like a typical modern Mazda. The LED headlights, the CX-5-like front bumper, and the protruding radiator grille are all something we have seen before.
Inside, the instrument panel and climate controls are new, and there is a high-end infotainment system with a large touch-enabled display. The standard equipment list now also includes 360-degree cameras, adaptive cruise control, and blind spot monitoring.
Those willing to buy a Mazda CX-4 in China have a choice between two naturally aspirated Skyactiv-G engines, rated at 158 hp (118 kW) and 192 hp (143 kW). Transmission can be six-speed manual or automatic. The series ships with a front-wheel drive by default, but you may pay extra for AWD.
