Mazda has always been regarded as an engine experimenter, and the CX-60 E crossover from the last year is no exception. It manages to combine a diesel six-pot with an electric motor in a package that’s quiet, powerful and fuel-efficient all at once (see video). Unsurprisingly, H&R has designed lowering springs for the model.
The upgrade kit costs just under €500 and drops the ride height by roughly 30 mm (1.2 inches) on both axles. As a result, the car can make sharper corners while swaying less, and the manufacturer claims the stiffer springs don’t feel too uncomfortable in long road trips.
As per the tradition, H&R is offering wheel spacers for the CX-60 E in addition to the springs. A couple of 12mm (0.47-inch) spacers for one axle will set you back €170, for example, but there are other options as well.
