Mazda CX-90 reveals face in a new teaser vid

Mazda has released another short video discussing the performance of the CX-90 and revealing its front end.

Unsurprisingly, the part looks very similar to that of the CX-60 model except for the air intakes. Two cameras can be seen in the lower grille, suggesting advanced driver assist tech on board. Certain interior details are also shown.

It is official now that the CX-90 gets a 3.3-liter inline-six turbo with 345 PS (340 hp / 254 kW) and 500 Nm (368 lb-ft) of torque. Other, less powerful alternatives will also be offered. Like the MX-5 Miata, the CX-90 will make use of a system known as Kinetic Posture Control, which can brake individual wheels in turns to improve cornering performance.

The official premiere will take place on January 31.
