Mazda has announced the forthcoming release of its updated Kei car, Flair Wagon, which will be sold exclusively in Japan.
The urban vehicle, which debuts in February, is based on 2018 Suzuki Spacia to an extent the two are practically identical. Once available, the new Flair Wagon will come with a starting price tag of what amounts to U.S. $11,777.
The dimensions of the vehicle remain unchanged from its predecessor’s. Novelty comes in the form of a carosserie with stamped-out sides, a restyled radiator grille, and a pair of new LED headlights. The interior of the 2018 Mazda Flair Wagon features a sport-grade steering wheel, a fascia with a digital display, and a new infotainment system. Other nice additions include a frontal collision warning system and a lane departure warning system.
Finally, the up-to-date Mazda Flair Wagon gets a 0.66L gasoline engine capable of 52 hp with 60 Nm torque.
