The latest video from Ken Block sees it going up against a heavily tuned, rotary engine-armed Mazda RX-7 that its owner claims is the most powerful in the entire world.
The AWD Japanese car uses a four-rotor motor rated at 1,240 hp (1,258 PS / 925 kW) and a six-speed sequential transmission.
The Ford Mustang Hoonicorn is no slouch, either, packing a twin-turbo 6.7-liter V8 good for 1,400 hp (1,044 kW) and a similar sequential gearbox.
The outcome of the race is anything but predictable, so be sure to watch it until the end!
