TopCar unveils first sketches of its upcoming McLaren 720S body kit

Russian tuner TopCar has released the first 3D renderings of its upcoming all-carbon aerodynamic kit for the McLaren 720S. The depicted supercar may not look as aggressive as its Mansory or Novitec-tuned counterparts, but many will call this an advantage.

Based on the images, included in the kit are a front splitter with large fins, side winglets, and a restyled front trunk cover with slightly larger air intakes than before.

The McLaren 720S also gets new mirror caps, door moldings, stylish side skirts, and a sporty-looking rear diffuser. As for the quasi-traditional enormous rear spoiler, which often serves a purely decorative function anyway, TopCar offers nothing of the kind. Instead, it puts two side fins on the engine deck lid. In our opinion, this is pretty much the single most interesting and refreshing bit about the whole project.

The virtual 3D car rides on the widely popular Vossen HF-2 forged wheel set. That said, anything can change before the final release.
