McLaren Special Operations has released a special edition of the 765LT called the Strata Theme. The team claims the paintwork and body graphics alone take a whopping 450 hours to apply.
First of all, the body of the supercar receives an orange paint coat, after which the hood cover finished in in red and the fenders in black. The cityscape ornament is then applied to mask the tonal transitions.
The cabin is predominantly dark with rare red accents. Laser-perforated suede covers the seats, and embossed ornaments decorate the headrests. The cityscape theme extends as far as the key fob, where it is applied by painstaking handiwork within another 14 hours.
Powering the McLaren 765LT Strata Theme is its stock 4.0-liter V8 turbocharged to deliver 765 metric horsepower (754 hp / 562 kW) along with up to 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. A seven-speed automated manual transmission sends the momentum to the wheels.
