A dealership in Dubai, UAE has built up a stock of exotic vehicles worth over 100 million USD combined, and is now offering them for sale.
F1rst Motors only opened for business around eight months ago. The manager, who led a tour of the facility, emphasized that the fit and finish cost an exorbitant amount of money. For instance, the lighting alone cost around $400,000.
The dealership sells only exclusive luxury cars, both new and used. The current selection includes a Porsche 918 Spyder trimmed to Weissach specification, McLaren P1, P1 GTR and Speedtail, a LaFerrari Aperta, and multiple Ferrari SF90 Stradale.
There is also a Lamborghini Sian priced at $5 million and a Bugatti Divo with a $9.4 million sticker on it. Both pale in comparison to the street-legal version of the Porsche 911 GT1 racer from the 1990s: the unique ride comes in at $15.8 million.
The investor had originally felt the building felt unnecessarily large for a luxury car dealership, but with the business booming, it now intends to start using the second floor as well. Aside from cars, the company trades in jewelry and real estate.
