Novitec unveils its take on the McLaren Senna

The McLaren Senna has already received quite a few aftermarket options since launch, and McLaren itself has re-released it in the lightweight, performance-oriented GTR Edition. Today, German supercar tuner Novitec joins the club with a particularly deluxe makeover of its own.

In its factory guise, the Senna comes equipped with a twin-turbocharged V8 capable of 789 PS (778 hp, or 580 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. The Novitec version produces 889 PS (877 hp, or 654 kW) along with 888 Nm (655 lb-ft) of maximum torque. This reduces the standard sprint time by one-tenth of a second (now 2.7 s), and getting from 100 to 200 km/h (62-124 mph) now only takes 6.5 s. The top speed lies at 335 km/h (208 mph).

Further options include a new exhaust system, Vossen wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires (255/30 ZR20 front, 325/25 ZR21 rear), and multiple interior trim options involving the finest leather and Alcantara.
