Become the owner of the world’s fastest McLaren for €4M

JamesEdition, a marketplace for luxury items, is looking for well-off car collectors who would be interested in this McLaren Speedtail. The hypercar belongs to a series of 106 and costs €3,990,000.

The Speedtail debuted in the fall of 2018 as the successor to the legendary F1 model, the world’s fastest production car in 1993–2005. The new model takes advantage of a hybrid powertrain called the M840TQ, which consists of a V8 rated at 756 PS (746 hp / 556 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque and an electric motor contributing 313 PS (309 hp / 230 kW) of its own. The cumulative output is estimated at 1,050 PS (1,036 hp / 772 kW) and 1,150 Nm (848 lb-ft).

McLaren does not mention how fast the Speedtail is to 100 km/h, which is actually understandable because it smashes through 300 km/h (186 mph) in mere 12.8 seconds. Its battery can store 1.647 kWh of power, and the top speed lies at 403 km/h (250 miles per hour).

Superb aerodynamics and plentiful air ducts throughout the body ensure optimum airflow under any conditions. The front wheels sport carbon fiber hubcaps, and video cameras substitute for side mirrors.

The cabin layout mimics that of the F1, with the driver’s seat located in the middle and the two passenger seats behind it.

Little is known about the example on sale, except that it has only been driven for 125 kilometers (77 miles), has a green body with brown interior, and is currently located in Hamburg, Germany. The rest of the info is only available to clients who can prove their interest in the purchase.
