Meet the Boreas Campers Eos-12, a trailer with off-road chops

Boreas Campers positions its new Eos-12 home trailer as a home away from home for those who tread some of this world’s worst roads. The model comes with a starting price of U.S. $74,990.

The Eos-12 rides on a stainless-steel chassis and rocks independent suspension, all-terrain tires, and 20 inches (50 cm) of ground clearance. The company emphasizes that it does not use wood for any of the exterior of interior trim to prevent mold and structural deterioration over time.

The trailer is around 19 feet (5.8 meters) long, 7 feet (2.13 meters) wide and 7.55 feet (2.3 meters) tall with the foldable top raised. It weighs in at just 1,678 kilos (3,700 pounds), making it towable by most regular pickup trucks and SUVs.

Inside, there is enough sleeping and dining room for five persons, including one child. There is a full-size queen’s been inside and a rather spacious shower cabin, too.
